Question: Is space available to attend the seminar?

Answer: Click here to see how many seats are available. Look for the word "Available" the number next to it is how many seats are still available. Our online registration form will prevent you from signing up if the the seminar is full. Contact the hotel directly to check on hotel room availability.

Question: My agency needs more time to process my seminar fee. What should I do?

Answer: We will let you enter the seminar with-out payment as long as you pledge to mail in your check with-in 30 days of the seminar completion. 

Question: Can I pay at the seminar with a credit card?

Answer: We can only take credit cards on our web site online.

Question: What is the dress code for the seminar?

Answer: The dress code is casual. Shorts and t-shirts are allowed however no tank tops or flip-flops.

Question: What is the cancellation policy?

Answer: Substitutions Permitted; No Refunds.

Question: Are meals included with the seminar?

Answer: No but a continental breakfast is provided each day.

Question: Are the seminars POST certified?

Answer: No but in some States our seminars may be approved for second-dollar funding.
