Question: Is space available to attend the conference?

Answer: Only limited space is available. Make your reservations early. Other hotels are nearby if needed.

Question: My agency needs more time to process my seminar fee. What should I do?

Answer: We will let you enter the seminar with-out payment as long as you pledge to mail in your check with-in 30 days of the conference completion.  Just fax in your registration and write on it “Will Mail Check”.

Question: Are there other hotels nearby?

Answer: The Hilton is across the street with-in short walking distance. Click here for other hotels in the area.

Question: Can I pay at the seminar with a credit card?

Answer: We can only take credit cards on our web site online. Remember you are not required to sign up for a PayPal account.

: We have more than one person attending can I call in my credit card number?

Answer: We can only take credit cards on our web site online. If using your credit card for more than one you must sign them up one at a time.

: What is the dress code for the seminar?

Answer: The dress code is casual. Shorts and t-shirts are allowed however no tank tops or flip-flops.

Question: What is the cancellation policy?

Answer: Substitutions Permitted; No Refunds.
